What is the purpose of Admitted Student Visit Day at UNH? Why should you attend?
If you just got accepted to UNH, congrats! Now, it's time to learn more about the campus that you will call home. What better way to do that than by attending one of UNH's Admitted Student Visit Days? At Admitted Student Visit Day (or ASVD), you will have the chance to meet with current students and faculty, tour our campus, get important financial aid information, dive deeper into residence and student life and do so much more! Read on to learn more about what your Admitted Student Visit Day experience will be like.

What is Admitted Student Visit Day?
Admitted Student Visit Day (ASVD) is a chance for you to explore UNH's campus, academic programs, student life and more, all while getting to imagine yourself here. ASVD is a great way to preview your college life and to make sure you are making the most informed college choice possible.
When is Admitted Student Visit Day?
Each college hosts its own Admitted Student Visit Day, with some offering multiple dates or smaller events for those who can't make the main date.
Here is when each college is hosting its main ASVD:
- College of Engineering and Physical Sciences: Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 19
- College of Health and Human Services: Saturday, April 4 and Sunday, April 19
- College of Liberal Arts: Saturday, March 28 and Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 19
- College of Life Sciences and Agriculture: Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, April 19
- Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics: Saturday, April 4 and Sunday, April 19

What will I do at Admitted Student Visit Day?
While the schedule for each college's event varies, at ASVD, you will be able to:
Meet with current students and faculty members
- Learn more about academic programs that interest you.
Attend a resource fair
- Immerse yourself in the student experience.
- Learn more about campus offices and student organizations.
Tour select residence halls
- See where you might live on campus.
- Ask any questions you have about residential life.
Get your financial aid questions answered
- Learn more about financial aid, get your questions answered, and even get help filling out your FAFSA at select sessions.
Attend a campus tour
- Take a tour led by a current student tour guide.
Should I bring my parents?
Yes, feel free to invite your parents/guardians and family to the event. Admitted Student Visit Day is a chance for students who have been admitted to UNH to discover campus and college life with their families.
