Emma Breslend '22, a UNH Recreation Management and Policy major, has seen firsthand that small actions can make a big difference. After graduation, Emma will be working as the Program Supervisor at Nottingham Parks and Recreation, where she is thrilled to have found a job that allows her to translate her coursework and skills to her career. During her time at UNH, Emma received invaluable support from her professors and found their enthusiasm to be contagious. The UNH College of Health and Human Services enabled Emma to believe that small acts of service can make a big difference in community recreation. Though she is sad to leave behind the close-knit community of friends she made while living on campus, looking ahead, Emma is amazed by how secure she feels in her abilities and in her future.
