Caterina Roman '22 knows that food has and will always be a necessity. So, it’s important that we protect our planet and respect its resources. Throughout her time at UNH, the soon-to-be-grad has served as a research assistant at multiple farms including Kingman and now Woodman where she manages and heads ongoing experiments for sustainable agriculture. While her time at UNH is coming to an end, Roman is excited to continue her career and see how she can impact the future of sustainable food production in her own way. After all, it’s buzzing with possibilities.
