In Selena Richards’ family, there’s a first for everything. Growing up in New Hampshire's North Country, both her and her parents dreamt that she'd be the first in her family to graduate from college. Years later, the '22 grad has much more than a degree. Over the course of four years, she’s gained invaluable programming experience, built a life-long network of friends and landed a job at one of the biggest tech companies in the world: IBM. In the future, Selena hopes to inspire future generations of her family to pursue college – starting with her younger sister.
