(A) Room For You
With fall move-in just around the corner, our social media team put together this photo blog of the campus housing UNH students call their home away from home. Experience the vibe in some of our residence halls, see common floorplans, and, of course, get inspired by Wildcat dorm décor. You’ll be here before you know it. Start picturing your space on campus and get inspired to make it your own.
Alexander Hall is a friendly residential community for first-year students. It is centrally located on campus and shares an outdoor quad area with several other residence halls.

This is a double room in Alexander Hall. We love the large, color-coded wall calendar, comfy bean bag and classic Wildcat décor.
Christensen Hall is located right next to Philbrook Dining Hall. It is just minutes away from many academic buildings, making it a convenient place to call home.

This single room in Christensen Hall is a great example of how to incorporate your favorite places into your new home. Take a look at the wall art, like the fun location arrows and New Hampshire print. The travel-inspired rug adds some warmth.
Congreve Hall is a lively and inviting place to live close to the campus core and recreation facilities.

This single room in Congreve Hall is the definition of cozy. Looking to hang up lights in your space? This set-up will give you some ideas.
Handler Hall is one of the newest residence halls on campus.

This is a double room in Handler Hall. Check out the lights hung up under the lofted bed.
Hitchcock Hall is part of the Upper Quad residential area. Students love to hang out in the courtyard.

This is a single room in Hitchcock Hall. Plants on the windowsill? Tons of desk space? Home state pride? Check, check and check.
Hubbard Hall is a medium co-ed residence hall. This is where you’ll find the academic-focused “Making the Grade” floor, as well as themed housing for students in the university honors program.

This double room in Hubbard Hall has tons of color, from the bright-blue curtain to the globe lights along the window.
Jessie Doe is a small residence hall for first-year students ideally located next to Stillings Dining Hall and the Whittemore Center.

This quad room in Jessie Doe packs a lot of personality – and the hammock takes it to the next level.
McLaughlin Hall is surrounded by trees. It is close to the Whittemore Center, Stillings Dining Hall, Dimond Library, the Amtrak station and the UNH Dairy Bar.

This double room in McLaughlin Hall is bright and organized. We’re inspired by the smart use of storage bins under the bed.
