Join us on campus.

Discover the University of New Hampshire through a detailed introduction to all aspects of the campus experience. This program is designed for high school counselors whose schools are more than a two hour driving distance from our Durham campus. You will have the opportunity to take a campus and area tour as well as meet with senior administrators, college division academic associate deans, staff from student support service departments, students and members of the admissions staff.

Registration

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic, we are unable to offer this program in 2021. Please add your name to the interest list to be informed of future programs.

Additional Information

Please note that counselors are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from campus but will be offered reimbursement for travel expenses.

For your reference, please see the agenda from a previous year's program.

Due to the limited space on the tour, only one counselor per school will be able to attend. You must commit to attend the entire tour to be reimbursed. Please note that we ask for a deposit to hold your spot. This deposit is fully refundable with a cancellation by the cancellation date or once you have attended the program. If you need additional information, please contact Evan Beals at (603) 862-3661 or Karoline Goulart at (603) 862-2945.

Counselors are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from campus but will be offered reimbursement for travel expenses. Lodging and meals will be arranged by the UNH Admissions Office and will be free of charge for guests. Reimbursement rates will vary depending on the distance travel. These rates are defined below and are based on the historic travel costs of counselors traveling from specific geographies.

Please save your receipts and bring them to campus when you attend the workshop. We will go over the reimbursement paperwork with you. Reimbursement checks are issued a few weeks after the program. Counselors must attend the full program to qualify for reimbursement.
