 Next Steps for Fall Transfers

ACTIVATE your MyUNH account using the Student ID number on your acceptance letter. You can use your MyUNH account to view your transfer credits, register for classes, apply for housing, choose a meal plan, check your financial aid, make payments and other essential tasks.

REVIEW how your credits have transferred to UNH and learn more about our general transfer policies.

SUBMIT your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1 (UNH priority deadline) if you are applying for financial aid. fafsa.ed.gov

PAY your enrollment deposit by the due date on your letter. Bills are posted to your MyUNH account, where you can make payment arrangements. Go to https://deposits.unh.edu to pay online. For more information, contact Business Services.

REGISTER for June Transfer Orientation and transfer advising, after which you can register for classes. Note: If you are undeclared in the College of Liberal Arts or admitted to any major after June Orientation, follow up directly with the transfer advising contact for your major .

REQUEST on-campus housing if desired. Housing is offered to transfer students as space is available and on a first-come, first-served basis. Explore on-campus housing options or learn about locating off-campus housing.

SELECT a meal plan and enjoy the convenience and great taste of campus dining, whether or not you plan to live on campus.

SET UP your UNH email account (using your MyUNH account), then check it often for updates.

SIGN UP for the UNH Student Health Benefit Plan, or submit a waiver form by June 30 if you’re already enrolled in a qualified health insurance plan. Also send your required health forms to Health Services.

SUBMIT your final transcript to the Admissions Office by July 5, along with your notarized residency form if you’re a N.H. resident.

START your life as a Wildcat! Fall term classes begin on August 28.
