Pre-Veterinary Program Information Session

The Pre-Veterinary Program at UNH has designed a visit option for prospective students who are interested in pursuing a career in veterinary medicine.  A clinical faculty member will meet you at the Admissions Office in Smith Hall for a 1 hour information session. All sessions begin at 10:00am.

The information session includes speaking with Pre-Veterinary Advising Program faculty members; discussing majors, curriculum, and veterinary school admissions and expectations, and reviewing helpful information on the Pre-Veterinary website for future reference (www.prevet.unh.edu).  

 ** Please note that  for our summer sessions, we do not offer a guided tour of Fairchild Dairy and Equine Center. You are more than welcome to visit the facilites on your own either before or after your informations session. The dairy and equine facilities are both located at the edge of campus and are open to visitors from 8AM to 5PM for self-guided tours. Directions are available on the following links:
