From: Dover, New Hampshire
Grad year: 2021
During high school, I was more confident about where I wanted to study over what I wanted to study. I knew from the time I was a freshman at Dover High School that I would be attending UNH for two reasons: the beauty of the campus during the warm season and the close proximity to my family. When it was senior year of high school and I received my financial aid package, the chances went of going to UNH from ninety-nine to one hundred percent. Coming here, I have learned a lot about myself through the opportunities that were granted to me. The support that was provided to me on campus allowed me to study abroad my first year, which tremendously enhanced my college experience. On campus, I have been involved as a Connect mentor, Diversity Student Ambassador, a member of the United Asian Coalition-- and more. All these experiences have made my time here worthwhile!
