The UNH Police Department supports the University in creating an environment that is conducive to higher education by protecting life and property and assisting members of the University community. 

The annual safety, security, and crime information document that complies with the Jeanne Clery Act can be viewed on-line at www.unh.edu/upd/clery.pdf. This document contains statistics of reported crimes on campus and in certain off-campus buildings owned or controlled by UNH, and on public property immediately adjacent and accessible to campus for three previous calendar years. It also has information about crime prevention, safety services, the Campus Sex Crime Prevention Act, disciplinary procedures, and reporting policies and procedures.
