First-year students are required to have a physical exam upon entrance to UNH and must provide an immunization history from a health care provider. Prior to August 1st, you will be required to complete a Health History Form. The entrance requirements and form can be found online. Check your health insurance to make sure that your plan covers you in the Durham area, and be sure to bring your insurance card with you when you come to campus in August.
