Student Life


No matter who you are or what you are interested in, there is a group for you on campus. If we don’t have exactly what you are looking for, grab some friends and start your own group! Below is just a sampling of some resources you can use to find the group or club that is right for you.


Community service and service learning

Many students take advantage of service-learning opportunities offered through the Partnership for Social Action office. Students are able to participate in a range of service-learning and community-service volunteer opportunities—from locally to internationally. Learn more. [www.unh.edu/serve]


Students of Color/LGBTQ students

The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA) provides support, advocacy and services to students of color, including African American, Asian American, Latina/o, and Native American, as well as to students who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or questioning their sexuality. OMSA occupies a suite of offices in the Memorial Union Building.

Religious life

The University is not affiliated with any specific religious group, but we have many ways to make sure students can engage their spirituality.
