Students with Disabilities

UNH welcomes applications from students with disabilities. Students with disabilities are not required to self-disclose, however, they may choose to do so. Students with disabilities are considered under the same academic requirements as other applicants applying for admission to the University of New Hampshire. Clinical documentation of a disability should not be sent to the Admissions Office.

Once admitted, students who wish to enroll at UNH and receive support services should contact the Disability Services for Students Office at (603) 862-2607 V/TTY as soon as possible and submit a copy of their disability documentation to: Disability Services for Students Office, 118 Memorial Union Building, Durham, NH 03824. Registration for support services with the Office helps the University prepare appropriate accommodations and support to facilitate your college experience.

Prospective student information, eligibility guidelines, and rights and responsibilities may be found on the Disability Services for Students web site.
