Durham is located in New Hampshire's seacoast area, and conveniently situated an hour from Boston, MA and Portland, ME. If skiing, hiking, kayaking, swimming or skating are on your "must do" list, Durham is also an hour away from the White Mountains, one of the most beautiful regions in the country.
Wildcat Transit offers free bus service to the surrounding communities, and student organizations such as the New Hampshire Outing Club sponsor frequent trips to the White Mountains.
