How to Apply
All applicants must submit the Common Application and UNH Supplement Form. Although we will accept the paper-version of the application, students are strongly encouraged to apply online through the Common Application website. Note that there are additional requirements for First-Year Applicants and additional requirements for Transfer Applicants.
To Apply Online (this method is preferred): Submit the Common Application and UNH Supplement Form from the Common Application website.
To Apply by Paper: Download the appropriate forms below and complete using black ink. Send via postal mail to: UNH Admissions; 3 Garrison Ave; Durham, NH 03824.

This site is intended for undergraduate applicants to the main campus in Durham. Applicants for the Manchester campus should visit UNH Manchester admissions.
Jeanne Clery Act
The Annual Security Report and Annual Fire Safety Report that complies with the Jeanne Clery Act and Higher Education Opportunity Act is located online at: www.unh.edu/upd/clery.pdf.
This document contains information about statistics of reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings owned or controlled by UNH, and on public property immediately adjacent and accessible to campus for three previous calendar years. It also contains information regarding crime prevention, Campus Sex Crime Prevention Act, disciplinary procedures and crime reporting policies and procedures.
As required by The Higher Education Opportunity Act, UNH publishes an Annual Fire Safety Report that includes maintaining a fire log of all reported fires that occur in on-campus student housing facilities, and publishing fire safety policies and fire statistics.
