New England Regional Student ProgramThe University of New Hampshire participates in the New England Board of Higher Education's New England Regional Student Program (NERSP) where New England public universities and colleges offer a number of undergraduate curricula with special considerations to students from other New England states. Students admitted under this program pay the UNH in-state tuition plus seventy-five percent. Degree programs currently offered at UNH through NERSP include Bachelor Degree Programs and Associate Degree Programs. Degree programs currently offered at UNH Manchester through NERSP include Bachelor Degree Programs. Information is available from your high school guidance office or the UNH Office of Admissions. New England residents may apply to UNH for specific curricula and pay a reduced tuition rate. If you change your major to a non-participating major prior to receiving your degree, you will be required to pay the regular out-of-state tuition. The NERSP tuition rate is
subject to change at any time. The list of UNH programs currently
available through NERSP may be changed for the next academic year.
